The restaurant was top-notch. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was large, clean and comfortable!

It was a perfect stay. We have stayed before so really knew everything to expect. Ideal location for the Centre. Bus service was excellent. Hired bikes from hotel and cycle routes were perfect. Room was very nice. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Food was good, breakfast was great.

The hotel is lovely, right on a canal, with a restaurant overlooking it (I only had drinks and fries here but they were good and during the day the service was great). The room was a good size and the beds comfy. The staff were nice and helpful. Easy to get to from downtown Leiden by bus or bike, the walk is about 45 minutes but nice.

The patio is quite nice beside the canal, watching the boats while you have a meal is quite nice. The historic properties of the structure were integrated quite well into a modern twist. The food was very good, the bar was reasonable, the staff were very friendly and helpful (I forgot my travel adapter and they had a spare one they let me use).

Loved the breakfasts. We enjoyed our room, lovely and big with a small deck for sitting outside. We loved eating the breakfast along the canal with lots of boating activity. We were so happy the bus came and went just outside our door. Went to The Hague on it, Delft and Scheveningen.

Our Room was perfect. Very clean. Bed really comfortable. Good sized en-suite. The Bar was really lovely having a very calm atmosphere, and the young man who looked after us in there was extremely polite, friendly and very helpful.

Nice hotel with amazing view,rooms with balcony,you can rent bike, the hotel have restaurant,parking free, and it’s close to bus stop. Room have coffee machine,mini bar fridge and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The personal from hotel are very polite.
